BigApple 1.0 Final Release

Famous Skin! You know where it comes from ;-)

Installation:
- import the zexp-File whithin portal_skins or portal_skins/custom
- you will get a folder called "bigapple"
- now you need to create a new skin_layer (or change one of yours) under portal_skins/properties
and include "path_to_bigapple" and "path_to_bigapple/colors/your_desired_color"
(i.e.: portal_skins/custom/bigapple and portal_skins/custom/bigapple/colors/blue)
- you can now choose your desired skin and view it

Know Restrictions:
- all portlets need to be customized (i did that for the standard ones)
- portlet-heading-text should not be too long
- small-text and large-text does not work

Tested with:
- Plone 2.0.4
- IE 6 and Firefox
