download the zip file.
extract the folder to /path/to/plone2/data/Products
will look something like this... C:\Program Files\Plone 2\Data\Products\unepskin
stop plone/zope
start plone/zope
goto SiteSetup
goto Add/Remove Products
click unepskin checkbox
click install
goto skins
select one of the 16 new skins fron dropdown menu and click Save

you should be able to see the skin
these are general instrustions for installing skins and products... see docs (RTFM :)

RTFM means Repeat The Last Message? ;-) I tried to read everything, but I coul'nt get it working. I'll give at try again tomorrow. thx
